«آب ستور» يمنع عمليات احتيال بـ 2 مليار – أخبار السعودية

منع متجر التطبيقات التابع لآبل «آب ستور» خلال عام 2025 عمليات احتيال محتملة تجاوزت قيمتها 2.2 مليار دولار، في إطار جهود الشركة لتعزيز أمن المتجر الذي يخدم أكثر من 850 مليون مستخدم أسبوعيًا في 175 دولة ومنطقة حول العالم.

وأوضحت الشركة أن إجمالي المعاملات الاحتيالية التي أوقفتها خلال الأعوام الستة الماضية بلغ 11.2 مليار دولار، كما منعت استخدام أكثر من 5.4 ملايين بطاقة ائتمان مسروقة، وحظرت نحو مليوني حساب من تنفيذ معاملات مستقبلية.

وذكرت آبل أنها راجعت خلال العام الماضي أكثر من 9.1 ملايين طلب لنشر تطبيقات عبر متجر آب ستور، ورفضت أكثر من مليوني تطبيق بسبب مشكلات تتعلق بالأمان أو مخالفة السياسات، ضمن مساعيها إلى منع البرمجيات الخبيثة من الوصول إلى المستخدمين.

وتمكنت فرق «الثقة والأمان» في آبل من إحباط محاولات واسعة لإنشاء حسابات احتيالية؛ إذ رفضت الشركة أكثر من 1.1 مليار محاولة لإنشاء حسابات مزيفة، وأغلقت أكثر من 40.4 مليون حساب بسبب الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.

Apple’s App Store prevented potential fraud amounting to over $2.2 billion in 2025, as part of the company’s efforts to enhance the security of the store that serves more than 850 million users weekly in 175 countries and regions around the world.

The company explained that the total amount of fraudulent transactions it stopped over the past six years reached $11.2 billion, and it prevented the use of more than 5.4 million stolen credit cards, while banning nearly two million accounts from executing future transactions.

Apple stated that it reviewed over 9.1 million requests to publish apps through the App Store last year, rejecting more than two million apps due to security issues or policy violations, as part of its efforts to prevent malware from reaching users.

Apple’s “Trust and Safety” teams successfully thwarted extensive attempts to create fraudulent accounts; the company rejected more than 1.1 billion attempts to create fake accounts and closed over 40.4 million accounts due to fraud and abuse.
