قبل المونديال.. بلاتيني يلاحق إنفانتينو قضائياً – أخبار السعودية
أعلن الرئيس السابق للاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم «يويفا» ميشيل بلاتيني، مقاضاة رئيس الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم «فيفا» جياني إنفانتينو، قبل يومين فقط من انطلاق بطولة كأس العالم 2026.
شكوى جنائية ضد رئيس «فيفا»
وبحسب ما نقلته شبكة «بي بي سي»، تتهم الشكوى الجنائية، التي تقدم بها بلاتيني أمام المحاكم الفرنسية، إنفانتينو واثنين من المسؤولين السابقين في «فيفا»؛ هما المدير القانوني السابق ماركو فيليغر، ورئيس لجنة التدقيق السابق دومينيكو سكالا، بالملاحقة الكيدية.
مطالبة بتعويض مالي
وفي دعوى مدنية منفصلة، يسعى بلاتيني، البالغ من العمر 70 عاماً، إلى الحصول على تعويض مالي من «فيفا»، بسبب ما وصفه بجهود مزعومة لمنع انتخابه رئيساً للاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم.
تبرئة بعد سنوات من الجدل
وشغل بلاتيني، قائد المنتخب الفرنسي السابق، منصب رئيس الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم بين عامي 2008 و2015، وكان المرشح الأوفر حظاً لخلافة سيب بلاتر في رئاسة «فيفا» عام 2016، إلا أن بلاتيني وبلاتر تورطا في عام 2015 في مزاعم احتيال وفساد مرتبطة بدفعة مالية بلغت مليوني فرنك سويسري (1.6 مليون جنيه إسترليني)، حصل عليها بلاتيني عام 2011، وقيل إنها كانت مصرحاً بها من قبل بلاتر.
وأدت القضية إلى استقالة بلاتر من منصبه، كما أنهت آمال بلاتيني في تولي رئاسة «فيفا»، كما أوقفت لجنة الأخلاقيات التابعة للاتحاد الدولي المسؤول الفرنسي لمدة ثماني سنوات، قبل أن تُخفض العقوبة لاحقاً إلى أربع سنوات بقرار من محكمة التحكيم الرياضي.
وواجه بلاتيني وبلاتر لاحقاً اتهامات جنائية، قبل أن تتم تبرئتهما من تهم الفساد من قبل محكمة الاستئناف الجنائية الفيدرالية السويسرية في مارس 2025.

Criminal Complaint Against the FIFA President
According to what was reported by the “BBC,” the criminal complaint filed by Platini in French courts accuses Infantino and two former FIFA officials; the former legal director Marco Villiger and the former head of the audit committee Domenico Scala, of malicious prosecution.
Claim for Financial Compensation
In a separate civil lawsuit, Platini, who is 70 years old, seeks financial compensation from FIFA for what he described as alleged efforts to prevent his election as president of the International Football Association.
Acquittal After Years of Controversy
Platini, the former captain of the French national team, served as president of UEFA from 2008 to 2015 and was the frontrunner to succeed Sepp Blatter as president of FIFA in 2016. However, Platini and Blatter became embroiled in allegations of fraud and corruption in 2015 related to a payment of two million Swiss francs (£1.6 million) that Platini received in 2011, which was said to have been authorized by Blatter.
The case led to Blatter’s resignation from his position and ended Platini’s hopes of taking over the presidency of FIFA. Additionally, FIFA’s ethics committee suspended the French official for eight years, before the penalty was later reduced to four years by a decision from the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Later, Platini and Blatter faced criminal charges before being acquitted of corruption charges by the Swiss Federal Criminal Court in March 2025.
