إسرائيل تقتل متسللاً من لبنان.. وعون يشدد على تمكين الجيش – أخبار السعودية
أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي اليوم (الثلاثاء) مقتل مسلح بعد اجتيازه السياج الحدودي مع لبنان بوقت قصير.
وقال الجيش الإسرائيلي في بيان: إن قواته المتمركزة في منطقة جبال راميم شمال إسرائيل قرب الحدود اللبنانية قتلت شخصاً خلال واقعة شهدت تبادلاً لإطلاق النار، موضحاً أنه لم يُصب أي جنود إسرائيليين في الحادثة التي لا تزال تفاصيلها قيد المتابعة.
تمشيط الحدود مع لبنان
وأشار الجيش الإسرائيلي إلى أن قوات خاصة وسلاح الجو يواصلان عمليات تمشيط واسعة النطاق، ويجريان تحقيقات لمعرفة ملابسات الحادث، موضحاً أنه طلب من سكان مستوطنة مسغاف عام الواقعة على الحدود مع لبنان التزام منازلهم وعدم مغادرتها.
بدورها، قالت وزارة الصحة اللبنانية إن إسرائيل شنت غارة على مدينة صور الساحلية التاريخية في جنوب لبنان اليوم، ما أسفر عن مقتل ما لا يقل عن ثمانية أشخاص، وذلك بعد أن أصدر الجيش الإسرائيلي أمراً بإخلاء المدينة بأكملها للمرة الأولى.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن الضحايا سقطوا في غارة جوية استهدفت الطرف الشرقي للمدينة، في واحدة من أعنف الغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية على صور منذ اندلاع الحرب في 2 مارس، مبينة أن فرق الإنقاذ لا تزال تبحث عن ناجين تحت الأنقاض.
قلق أممي من التهجير الإسرائيلي
من جهتها، أعربت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، في بيان، عن قلقها البالغ إزاء ممارسات التهجير القسري التي تمارسها إسرائيل في لبنان، في إشارة إلى تحذيرها سكان صور بضرورة المغادرة قبل شن الغارات.
وقالت المنظمة إن هذه الممارسات تعرض السكان لمزيد من الأذى من خلال إجبارهم على النزوح في ظروف غير آمنة وفوضوية، مبينة أنها اضطرت إلى تعليق أنشطتها الطبية في عدد من المستشفيات القريبة، إضافة إلى وقف عمل عياداتها المتنقلة لمدة يوم واحد.
انسحاب إسرائيل من جنوب لبنان
في المقابل، شدد الرئيس اللبناني جوزيف عون على أن انسحاب إسرائيل يمكّن لبنان من بسط سلطته على كامل أراضيه، وإنهاء المظاهر المسلحة، وسحب أي مبرر لبقاء سلاح خارج إطار السلطة الشرعية وقواها المسلحة.
وأكد عون، خلال استقباله وفداً من النواب في البرلمانين الفرنسي والأوروبي اليوم، أهمية اعتماد مقاربة سياسية وعسكرية واقتصادية واجتماعية لمعالجة مسألة سحب سلاح حزب الله، بهدف المحافظة على الاستقرار السياسي والأمني والاجتماعي في البلاد.
وأشار إلى أن لبنان يتطلع دائماً إلى دعم فعلي من الاتحاد الأوروبي على مختلف الصعد، ولا سيما دعم الجيش والمؤسسات الأمنية والوضع الاقتصادي، خصوصاً أن ما يفترض أن يقدمه الاتحاد يجب أن يوازي ما يشكله لبنان بالنسبة للدول الأوروبية، وما قدمه ولا يزال يقدمه من مساهمات في الحد من هجرة النازحين السوريين إلى هذه الدول منذ بداية الأحداث في سورية عام 2011.
وثمّن الرئيس اللبناني المبادرات التي تقدمها الدول الأوروبية لبلاده، موضحاً أن «هذه المساهمة الجماعية بإشراف الاتحاد الأوروبي ستكون أكثر فاعلية، خصوصاً إذا ما توزعت اهتمامات الدول على المجالات المختلفة التي يحتاج إليها لبنان».
The Israeli army announced today (Tuesday) the killing of an armed individual shortly after he crossed the border fence with Lebanon.
The Israeli army stated in a statement that its forces stationed in the Ramim Mountains area in northern Israel near the Lebanese border killed a person during an incident that witnessed an exchange of gunfire, clarifying that no Israeli soldiers were injured in the incident, the details of which are still under investigation.
Border Patrol with Lebanon
The Israeli army indicated that special forces and the air force are continuing extensive patrol operations and conducting investigations to determine the circumstances of the incident, noting that it has asked residents of the Misgav Am settlement located on the border with Lebanon to stay in their homes and not leave.
For its part, the Lebanese Ministry of Health stated that Israel launched an airstrike on the historic coastal city of Tyre in southern Lebanon today, resulting in the deaths of at least eight people, following the Israeli army’s order to evacuate the entire city for the first time.
The ministry clarified that the victims fell during an airstrike targeting the eastern part of the city, in one of the most intense Israeli airstrikes on Tyre since the outbreak of the war on March 2, indicating that rescue teams are still searching for survivors under the rubble.
UN Concern over Israeli Displacement
For its part, Médecins Sans Frontières expressed its deep concern in a statement regarding the practices of forced displacement carried out by Israel in Lebanon, referring to its warning to Tyre residents about the necessity of leaving before the airstrikes.
The organization stated that these practices expose the population to further harm by forcing them to flee in unsafe and chaotic conditions, noting that it has had to suspend its medical activities in several nearby hospitals, in addition to halting the work of its mobile clinics for one day.
Israel’s Withdrawal from Southern Lebanon
In contrast, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun emphasized that Israel’s withdrawal enables Lebanon to assert its authority over all its territory, end armed manifestations, and remove any justification for the existence of weapons outside the framework of legitimate authority and its armed forces.
Aoun confirmed, during his reception of a delegation of deputies from the French and European parliaments today, the importance of adopting a political, military, economic, and social approach to address the issue of disarming Hezbollah, with the aim of maintaining political, security, and social stability in the country.
He pointed out that Lebanon always looks forward to actual support from the European Union on various levels, especially support for the army, security institutions, and the economic situation, particularly since what the EU is supposed to provide should match what Lebanon represents for European countries and what it has contributed and continues to contribute in reducing the migration of Syrian refugees to these countries since the events in Syria began in 2011.
The Lebanese president praised the initiatives offered by European countries to his country, explaining that “this collective contribution under the supervision of the European Union will be more effective, especially if the interests of the countries are distributed across the various areas that Lebanon needs.”
