لم يمر موسم رياضي منذ أن أُسندت مهام ومسؤوليات لجنة المسابقات إلى رابطة دوري المحترفين إلا وصاحبت إعلان جدول الدوري موجة من الشكاوى والاعتراضات والاستياء من معظم الأندية، تتصدّر وسائل الإعلام ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بينما يغيب الموقف الرسمي الواضح لتلك الأندية وكأنها تفضل الاعتراض بالوكالة على المواجهة المباشرة.

– وعلى الرغم من أن رابطة الدوري تؤكد في كل موسم أن الجدولة تتم وفق آلية ومعايير محددة لا بصورة عشوائية، إنما تخضع في الأصل لآلية ومعايير معتمدة تأخذ في الاعتبار العديد من العوامل التنظيمية والفنية، مثل روزنامة المسابقات المحلية والقارية، ومواعيد المنتخبات الوطنية، وجاهزية الملاعب، ومتطلبات النقل التلفزيوني، إضافة إلى السعي لتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من التوازن بين الأندية. غير أن المشكلة لا تبدو في وجود المعايير بحد ذاتها، بل في مدى وضوحها وشفافية تطبيقها وإقناع الأطراف كافة بعدالتها.

– إن تكرار الاعتراضات بالوتيرة نفسها يثير تساؤلات مشروعة حول مدى عدالة هذه الآلية وشفافية تطبيقها. فلو كانت الأمور تسير بالصورة المثالية التي يتم الترويج لها، لما استمرت حالة التذمّر والاحتقان موسماً بعد آخر.

– الأمر الأكثر غرابة أن الأندية تشارك عبر ممثليها في ورش العمل والاجتماعات التي تسبق اعتماد الجدول، وتُمنح فرصة الاطلاع وإبداء الملاحظات، لكننا لا نكاد نسمع صوتاً معترضاً أثناء تلك الاجتماعات، ثم تبدأ الشكاوى بعد صدور الجدول. وهذا يدفع للتساؤل: هل يؤدي ممثلو الأندية دورهم الحقيقي في الدفاع عن مصالح أنديتهم، أم أن وجودهم لا يتجاوز الحضور الشكلي وإثبات المشاركة؟

– وإذا كانت الأندية قد اطلعت على آلية الجدولة ووافقت عليها مسبقاً، فإن اعتراضاتها اللاحقة تضع علامات استفهام حول كفاءة ممثليها. أما إذا كانت هناك ملاحظات جوهرية لم تؤخذ في الاعتبار، فإن المسؤولية تقع على الجهة المنظمة التي يفترض بها أن تضمن العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص بين الجميع.

– المشكلة الحقيقية أن آلية الجدولة ما زالت بعيدة عن مستوى الشفافية الذي يبدّد الشكوك. فلا أحد يعلم بصورة واضحة كيف تتم المفاضلة بين المعايير المختلفة، ولا أسباب بعض القرارات التي تمنح أندية أفضلية نسبية على غيرها من حيث فترات الراحة أو تسلسل المباريات أو توقيت المواجهات المهمة. وحين تغيب الشفافية، يصبح التشكيك نتيجة طبيعية وليس أمراً مستغرباً.

– ولهذا.. فإن المطلوب ليس الدفاع عن الجدول كل موسم، ولا تبادل الاتهامات عند كل اعتراض، بل نشر آلية الجدولة كاملة أمام الأندية والرأي العام، وكشف المعايير التي يتم الاستناد إليها وكيفية تطبيقها، حتى تكون العدالة واضحة للجميع وليست مجرد شعور أو ادعاء.

– إن تكرار المشكلة كل عام لم يعد مجرد اعتراضات فحسب، بل مؤشر على وجود خلل يستوجب المراجعة. أما الاستمرار في النهج نفسه وانتظار الاعتراضات ذاتها في كل موسم، فهو أمر لا يخدم المنافسة ولا يعزّز الثقة، بل يرسّخ قناعة لدى كثيرين بأن هناك مشكلة لم تجد طريقها إلى الحل بعد لتوجه يخدم نادياً معيناً وأندية ضمن لوبيات تسير في نفس هذا التوجه.

No sports season has passed since the responsibilities of the Competitions Committee were assigned to the Professional League without a wave of complaints, objections, and dissatisfaction from most clubs accompanying the announcement of the league schedule. These complaints dominate the media and social media platforms, while the official stance of those clubs is noticeably absent, as if they prefer to object through intermediaries rather than engage in direct confrontation.

– Although the league association confirms every season that the scheduling is done according to specific mechanisms and criteria, not randomly, it is fundamentally subject to an approved mechanism and criteria that take into account many organizational and technical factors, such as the calendar of local and continental competitions, the schedules of national teams, the readiness of stadiums, and the requirements of television broadcasting, in addition to the effort to achieve the greatest possible balance among the clubs. However, the problem does not seem to lie in the existence of the criteria themselves, but rather in the clarity and transparency of their application and convincing all parties of their fairness.

– The repeated objections at the same pace raise legitimate questions about the fairness of this mechanism and the transparency of its application. If things were proceeding in the ideal manner that is promoted, the state of discontent and tension would not persist from one season to another.

– What is even stranger is that clubs participate through their representatives in the workshops and meetings that precede the approval of the schedule, and they are given the opportunity to review and provide feedback, yet we hardly hear any dissenting voices during those meetings, only to see complaints arise after the schedule is released. This raises the question: Are the club representatives truly fulfilling their role in defending their clubs’ interests, or is their presence merely formal, serving only to prove participation?

– If the clubs have reviewed the scheduling mechanism and approved it in advance, their subsequent objections raise questions about the competence of their representatives. On the other hand, if there were substantial comments that were not taken into account, the responsibility falls on the organizing body, which is supposed to ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all.

– The real problem is that the scheduling mechanism is still far from the level of transparency that dispels doubts. No one clearly knows how the different criteria are prioritized, nor the reasons behind certain decisions that grant clubs relative advantages over others in terms of rest periods, match sequences, or the timing of important confrontations. When transparency is absent, skepticism becomes a natural outcome and not something surprising.

– Therefore, what is required is not to defend the schedule every season, nor to exchange accusations with every objection, but to publish the complete scheduling mechanism before the clubs and the public, revealing the criteria that are relied upon and how they are applied, so that fairness is clear to everyone and not just a feeling or a claim.

– The recurrence of the problem every year is no longer merely about objections; it is an indicator of a flaw that requires review. Continuing in the same approach and waiting for the same objections every season does not serve competition or enhance trust; rather, it reinforces the conviction among many that there is a problem that has yet to find its way to a solution, one that serves a particular club and clubs within lobbies that follow the same direction.
