5 فصائل تنزع ترسانتها.. سلاح «سرايا السلام» في قبضة العراق – أخبار السعودية

دخل العراق مرحلة جديدة تعيد تشكيل ملامحه السياسية والأمنية والعسكرية، فمع بدء «سرايا السلام» الجناح العسكري للتيار الصدري بتسليم أسلحته للدولة وفق تفاهمات مع رئيس الوزراء علي الزيدي فإنه من المتوقع أن تشهد الأيام القادمة بدء فصائل «عصائب أهل الحق» بزعامة قيس الخزعلي، ومنظمة «بدر» بقيادة هادي العامر، و«كتائب سيد الشهداء»، و«ثأر الله»، و«كتائب الإمام علي» بتسليم أسلحتها للدولة.

ووفقا لتفاهمات حصر السلاح بيد الدولة، فإنه من المتوقع أن يكون الفصيل الثاني الذي سيسلم أسلحته بعد «سرايا السلام» فصيل «عصائب أهل الحق»، فيما برزت «كتائب حزب الله» كعقبة رئيسية برفضها القاطع التخلي عن ترسانتها العسكرية.

واعتبر عضو تيار الحكمة رحيم العبودي لـ«عكاظ» أن قوى الإطار التنسيقي باتت تفهم بوضوح أن المعادلة القادمة يجب أن تصاغ بعيداً عن النفوذ الإيراني، وبعيداً عن «سلاح الفصائل».

ويرتبط التفاهم الحالي بتسليم أسلحة الفصائل وفق تفاهمات بين رئيس الوزراء ومقتدى الصدر، الذي أعلن دعمه للحكومة شريطة «تفكيك الفصائل»، و«فتح ملفات الفساد الكبرى»، وقاد هذا التفاهم إلى تفاهمات مع 5 فصائل أخرى.

وفي جانب مكافحة الفساد، شكل رئيس الوزراء المجلس السيادي الأعلى للنزاهة والرقابة واسترداد المال العام وأصدر تعليماته باعتقال وكيل وزارة النفط والمسؤول السابق لمصفاة بيجي عدنان الجميلي على خلفية تورطه قبل 10 سنوات بإدارة شبكات تهريب النفط لصالح فصائل مسلحة حليفة لطهران ورفض رئيس الوزراء التسوية التي قدمها الجميلي، حيث استعد لدفع مبلغ 200 مليون دولار لإنهاء ملف القضية وإطلاق سراحه حسب ما أعلن الزيدي نفسه في لقاء مع الإعلاميين الأسبوع الماضي.

With the start of the “Peace Brigades,” the military wing of the Sadrist Movement, handing over its weapons to the state in accordance with understandings with Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaydi, it is expected that in the coming days, the factions of “Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq,” led by Qais al-Khazali, the “Badr Organization,” led by Hadi al-Amiri, the “Sayyid al-Shuhada Brigades,” “Thar Allah,” and the “Imam Ali Brigades” will begin to hand over their weapons to the state.

According to the understandings for restricting weapons in the hands of the state, it is expected that the second faction to hand over its weapons after the “Peace Brigades” will be the “Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq” faction, while the “Hezbollah Brigades” have emerged as a major obstacle by firmly refusing to relinquish their military arsenal.

Member of the Hikma Movement, Rahim Al-Aboudi, stated to “Okaz” that the forces of the Coordination Framework have come to clearly understand that the upcoming equation must be formulated away from Iranian influence and away from “the weapons of the factions.”

The current understanding regarding the handover of faction weapons is linked to agreements between the Prime Minister and Muqtada al-Sadr, who announced his support for the government on the condition of “dismantling the factions” and “opening major corruption files.” This understanding has led to agreements with five other factions.

In the area of combating corruption, the Prime Minister formed the Supreme Sovereign Council for Integrity, Oversight, and Recovery of Public Funds and issued instructions to arrest the Deputy Minister of Oil and the former head of the Baiji refinery, Adnan Al-Jumaili, due to his involvement ten years ago in managing oil smuggling networks for the benefit of armed factions allied with Tehran. The Prime Minister rejected the settlement proposed by Al-Jumaili, who was prepared to pay $200 million to resolve the case and secure his release, as announced by Al-Zaydi himself in a meeting with journalists last week.
