سقطت حملتهم.. ولم يسقط سندي – أخبار السعودية

بعد أشهر من التصعيد الإعلامي والمطالبات المتكررة بإبعاده عن منصبه، انتهى المشهد إلى نتيجة لافتة؛ سقطت الحملة في تحقيق هدفها، بينما بقي رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة نادي الاتحاد المهندس فهد سندي في موقعه محافظاً على ثقة الجهات المعنية، رغم كل ما تعرّض له من انتقادات واتهامات وحملات منظمة وغير منظمة طالبت برحيله.

– واللافت للنظر والتأمل أن الرجل لم يدخل في سجالات إعلامية، ولم يرد على الاتهامات، ولم ينشغل بالدفاع عن نفسه عبر المنصات المختلفة، بل اختار الصمت والاستمرار في أداء مهامه، وكأن ما يهمه هو العمل لا الدخول في معارك جانبية تستنزف الوقت والجهد.

– ومن البديهي أن الجهات المعنية، بدءاً من المالك لشركة نادي الاتحاد، كانت على اطلاع كامل بمضامين هذه الحملة وما تضمنته من اتهامات ومطالب ومبررات، سواء كانت منطقية أو غير منطقية. ومن البديهي أيضاً أنه لو كانت تلك المطالب تستند إلى مخالفات جوهرية أو تجاوزات تستوجب التدخل، لرأينا تفاعلاً مباشراً أو غير مباشر معها، إلا أن ذلك لم يحدث مطلقاً، بما يعني أن لدى تلك الجهات من المعطيات والمبررات النظامية والقانونية ما يكفي لعدم الاستجابة لمطالب الحملة.

– ومن البديهي أن تجاهل هذه المطالب يبعث برسالة واضحة مفادها عدم وجود مسببات قانونية أو نظامية تستدعي إعفاء سندي من منصبه أو حتى الحد من صلاحياته. فلو كانت هناك مخالفات إدارية أو قانونية مؤثرة، لكانت الإجراءات النظامية هي الفيصل في التعامل معها. أما الإخفاق الرياضي وعدم تحقيق البطولات، على الرغم من مرارته على جميع الاتحاديين، فلا يُعد من الناحية النظامية سبباً كافياً للعزل أو الإقالة مهما بلغ حجم الغضب الجماهيري أو اتسعت دائرة الانتقادات.

– ومن البديهي كذلك أن بقاء فهد سندي في منصبه لا يعني بالضرورة نجاح جميع القرارات التي اتخذتها الإدارة أو رضا الجماهير عن نتائج الفريق، فهناك فارق كبير بين تقييم الأداء الرياضي وبين تقييم الموقف النظامي والقانوني. فمن حق الجماهير أن تنتقد، ومن حقها أن تعبّر عن عدم رضاها عن النتائج، لكن ذلك يختلف تماماً عن وجود مخالفات أو تجاوزات تستوجب الإعفاء أو العزل وفقاً للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها.

– ومن البديهي جداً أن أعضاء مجلسَي إدارة المؤسستين غير الربحية والربحية لو كانوا يرون أن رئيس المجلس تجاوز صلاحياته أو تسبب منفرداً في ما يعتبره البعض إخفاقاً للموسم، لاتخذوا مواقف واضحة وصريحة، أقلها تقديم الاستقالة أو إعلان عدم الرضا عن طريقة الإدارة. إلا أننا لم نشهد استقالة واحدة، ولم نسمع صوتاً من داخل المنظومتين يحمل الرئيس وحده مسؤولية ما حدث، وهو أمر لا يمكن تجاهله عند قراءة المشهد بموضوعية بعيداً عن الانفعال.

– ومن البديهي أيضاً أن شراسة الحملة واستمرارها لفترة طويلة كانتا كفيلتين بدفع أي مسؤول إلى التفكير في الاستقالة أو المطالبة بحماية رسمية من بعض الممارسات التي تجاوزت حدود النقد الهادف وحرية الرأي المنضبطة. إلا أن «أبا فارس» ظل متماسكاً في موقعه، غير مكترث بما يُقال، «أذن من طين وأذن من عجين». وهو ما يعكس، من جهة، ثقته بسلامة موقفه، ومن جهة أخرى حجم الثقة التي يحظى بها من الجهات ذات العلاقة.

– ومن البديهي أن الحملة لو كانت تستند إلى وقائع نظامية دامغة أو مخالفات تستوجب المحاسبة، لما استطاعت أي جهة تجاهلها أو تجاوزها، لأن الأنظمة لا تخضع للمجاملات ولا تتأثر بحجم الضجيج الإعلامي. لكن استمرار سندي في منصبه حتى اليوم يؤكد أن ما طُرح إعلامياً لم يرتقِ إلى مستوى المبررات النظامية التي تستوجب اتخاذ إجراء بحقه.

– ومن البديهي بعد كل ما سبق أن نتفهم موقف وزارة الرياضة وصندوق الاستثمارات العامة في عدم اتخاذ أي إجراء تجاه رئيس نادي الاتحاد أو مجلس إدارته رغم الضغوط والحملات المطالبة بعزله. فاستمرار الرجل في موقعه لا يعكس تحدياً للجماهير أو تجاهلاً لآرائها، بقدر ما يعكس التزام الجهات المختصة بتطبيق الأنظمة واللوائح بعيداً عن ردود الفعل العاطفية أو الضغوط الإعلامية.

– وفي النهاية، أثبتت الأحداث أن القرارات الإدارية لا تُتخذ تحت ضغط الحملات الإعلامية، ولا استجابة لحالة الغضب الجماهيري مهما كانت مبرراتها، بل وفق أنظمة ولوائح ومعايير محددة. ولهذا بقي فهد سندي في موقعه، بينما سقطت الحملة في تحقيق هدفها الرئيسي، وبقيت في إطار التعبير عن الرأي والاعتراض على النتائج دون أن تتحول إلى مبرر نظامي يفرض تغييره أو إبعاده عن منصبه.

– أخيراً وليس آخراً.. من حق الجماهير التعبير عن آرائها وانتقاداتها، وهو حق مشروع ومحترم، شريطة أن يظل في إطار الاحترام والموضوعية، وأن يبتعد عن الإساءة الشخصية أو التشهير، لأن النقد المسؤول يظل دائماً وسيلة للإصلاح، لا أداة للهدم أو تصفية الحسابات لمواقف شخصية.

After months of media escalation and repeated demands for his removal from office, the scene concluded with a notable outcome; the campaign failed to achieve its goal, while the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Ittihad Club, Engineer Fahd Sindi, remained in his position, maintaining the trust of the relevant authorities, despite all the criticisms, accusations, and organized and unorganized campaigns calling for his departure.

– It is striking and worth contemplating that the man did not engage in media disputes, did not respond to the accusations, and did not busy himself defending himself through various platforms; rather, he chose silence and continued to perform his duties, as if what mattered to him was work, not entering into side battles that waste time and effort.

– It is obvious that the relevant authorities, starting from the owner of the Al-Ittihad Club, were fully aware of the contents of this campaign and the accusations, demands, and justifications it included, whether logical or illogical. It is also obvious that if those demands were based on substantial violations or transgressions that warranted intervention, we would have seen direct or indirect interaction with them; however, that never happened, which means that those authorities have sufficient data and legal justifications not to respond to the campaign’s demands.

– It is evident that ignoring these demands sends a clear message indicating the absence of legal or regulatory reasons that necessitate relieving Sindi from his position or even limiting his powers. If there were administrative or legal violations that were impactful, the regulatory procedures would have been the decisive factor in dealing with them. As for the sporting failure and the lack of championships, despite its bitterness for all Ittihad fans, it is not considered, from a regulatory standpoint, a sufficient reason for dismissal or removal, no matter how great the public anger or how widespread the criticisms.

– It is also clear that Fahd Sindi’s continued presence in his position does not necessarily mean the success of all the decisions made by the management or the satisfaction of the fans with the team’s results. There is a significant difference between evaluating sports performance and assessing the regulatory and legal situation. Fans have the right to criticize, and they have the right to express their dissatisfaction with the results, but that is entirely different from the existence of violations or transgressions that warrant dismissal or removal according to the applicable regulations and laws.

– It is very clear that if the members of the boards of directors of the non-profit and for-profit institutions believed that the chairman had exceeded his powers or was solely responsible for what some consider a failure of the season, they would have taken clear and explicit positions, at the very least resigning or declaring their dissatisfaction with the management method. However, we have not witnessed a single resignation, nor have we heard a voice from within the two systems holding the president solely responsible for what happened, which is something that cannot be ignored when reading the scene objectively, away from emotional reactions.

– It is also evident that the ferocity of the campaign and its continuation for a long time would have been sufficient to push any official to consider resignation or demand official protection from some practices that exceeded the limits of constructive criticism and regulated freedom of opinion. However, “Abu Fares” remained steadfast in his position, indifferent to what is being said, “an ear of clay and an ear of dough.” This reflects, on one hand, his confidence in the validity of his position, and on the other hand, the level of trust he enjoys from the relevant authorities.

– It is evident that if the campaign were based on compelling regulatory facts or violations that warranted accountability, no entity would have been able to ignore or bypass them, because regulations do not yield to flattery and are not affected by the volume of media noise. However, Sindi’s continued presence in his position until today confirms that what was presented in the media did not rise to the level of regulatory justifications that necessitate taking action against him.

– After all that has been said, it is understandable that the Ministry of Sports and the Public Investment Fund have not taken any action against the president of Al-Ittihad Club or its board of directors despite the pressures and campaigns calling for his dismissal. The man’s continued presence in his position does not reflect a challenge to the fans or a disregard for their opinions, but rather reflects the commitment of the relevant authorities to apply the regulations and laws away from emotional reactions or media pressures.

– In the end, events have proven that administrative decisions are not made under the pressure of media campaigns, nor in response to public anger, no matter what the justifications are, but rather according to specific regulations, laws, and standards. For this reason, Fahd Sindi remained in his position, while the campaign failed to achieve its main objective, remaining within the framework of expressing opinion and dissenting against the results without turning into a regulatory justification that necessitates his change or removal from his position.

– Last but not least, fans have the right to express their opinions and criticisms, which is a legitimate and respected right, provided that it remains within the framework of respect and objectivity, and avoids personal insults or defamation, because responsible criticism remains a means for reform, not a tool for destruction or settling personal scores.
