التحول الوطني: قفزات رقمية واقتصادية واجتماعية تعزز مكانة المملكة عالمياً – أخبار السعودية

كشف التقرير السنوي لبرنامج التحول الوطني لعام 2025، الصادر تحت شعار «أنجزنا ومكملين»، عن سلسلة من الإنجازات النوعية التي عززت حضور المملكة على الساحة الدولية في مجالات الاقتصاد الرقمي والاستثمار وسوق العمل وريادة الأعمال، ضمن مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.

وأظهر التقرير تحقيق المملكة تقدماً عالمياً في مجال الحكومة الإلكترونية، بعد دخولها قائمة أفضل 6 دول في مؤشر الأمم المتحدة لتطوير الحكومة الإلكترونية، مدعومة بتوسع الخدمات الرقمية ورفع كفاءة الأداء الحكومي. كما تجاوزت الوفورات المتحققة من المبادرات الحكومية الرقمية 9.2 مليار ريال، ما أسهم في رفع كفاءة الإنفاق وترشيد التكاليف التشغيلية.

وفي الجانب الاقتصادي، سجلت المملكة تدفقات استثمار أجنبي مباشر بلغت 119.2 مليار ريال، في مؤشر يعكس تنامي ثقة المستثمرين بالبيئة الاستثمارية السعودية، واستمرار الجهود الحكومية لتمكين القطاع الخاص وتطوير بيئة الأعمال وتعزيز مكانة المملكة كمركز استثماري ولوجستي عالمي.

وعلى صعيد سوق العمل، انخفض معدل البطالة بين السعوديين إلى 7.2%، وهو من أدنى المستويات التاريخية المسجلة، فيما ارتفعت نسبة مشاركة المرأة السعودية في سوق العمل إلى 35% متجاوزة المستهدفات المرحلية، ليصل عدد السعوديين العاملين في القطاع الخاص إلى نحو 2.6 مليون مواطن ومواطنة.

كما سلط التقرير الضوء على نجاحات المملكة في قطاع الابتكار وريادة الأعمال، بعد تتويجها بلقب «دولة العام 2025» وفق تقرير StartupBlink العالمي للمنظومات التقنية وريادة الأعمال، وذلك نتيجة تصدرها عدداً من المؤشرات العالمية المرتبطة بالتقنيات المتقدمة والشركات الناشئة والاقتصاد الرقمي.

وأكد التقرير أن هذه النتائج تعكس تكامل المبادرات الوطنية في مختلف القطاعات، واستمرار المملكة في تحقيق مستهدفات التحول الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والرقمي، بما يعزز تنافسيتها العالمية ويرسخ مكانتها كإحدى أسرع الدول نمواً وتطوراً على مستوى العالم.

The annual report of the National Transformation Program for 2025, issued under the slogan “We Achieved and We Continue,” revealed a series of qualitative achievements that enhanced the Kingdom’s presence on the international stage in the fields of digital economy, investment, labor market, and entrepreneurship, within the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

The report showed that the Kingdom has made global progress in the field of e-government, after entering the list of the top 6 countries in the United Nations e-Government Development Index, supported by the expansion of digital services and the improvement of government performance efficiency. The savings achieved from digital government initiatives exceeded 9.2 billion riyals, contributing to increased spending efficiency and rationalizing operational costs.

In the economic aspect, the Kingdom recorded foreign direct investment inflows amounting to 119.2 billion riyals, a sign of growing investor confidence in the Saudi investment environment, and the ongoing government efforts to empower the private sector, develop the business environment, and enhance the Kingdom’s position as a global investment and logistics hub.

Regarding the labor market, the unemployment rate among Saudis decreased to 7.2%, one of the lowest historical levels recorded, while the participation rate of Saudi women in the labor market rose to 35%, exceeding the interim targets, bringing the number of Saudis working in the private sector to about 2.6 million citizens.

The report also highlighted the Kingdom’s successes in the innovation and entrepreneurship sector, after it was crowned with the title of “Country of the Year 2025” according to the global StartupBlink report on tech ecosystems and entrepreneurship, as a result of its leading position in several global indicators related to advanced technologies, startups, and the digital economy.

The report confirmed that these results reflect the integration of national initiatives across various sectors, and the Kingdom’s continued achievement of economic, social, and digital transformation targets, enhancing its global competitiveness and solidifying its position as one of the fastest-growing and developing countries in the world.
