«NHC» توقع مذكرة تفاهم مع سينوما تشنغدو الصينية في مدينة شينزن لتعزيز التعاون المشترك – أخبار السعودية

برعاية وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، وقّع الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«NHC» محمد بن صالح البطي مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة سينوما تشنغدو الصينية للتصميم والأبحاث الهندسية، في خطوة تعزز مسار الشراكات الدولية وتدعم مستهدفات القطاع العقاري في المملكة. ومثل شركة سينوما تشنغدو الرئيس التنفيذي ليو شياونينغ.

وتأتي هذه المذكرة امتداداً لجهود «NHC» في توسيع قاعدة الشركاء الدوليين واستقطاب الشركات العالمية ذات الخبرات الهندسية والتقنية المتقدمة، بما يعزز تنافسية القطاع ويرفع جودة الوجهات العمرانية ويدعم مستهدفات التنمية في المملكة.

Under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, the CEO of “NHC,” Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese company Sinoma Chengdu for design and engineering research, in a move that enhances the path of international partnerships and supports the objectives of the real estate sector in the Kingdom. The CEO of Sinoma Chengdu, Liu Xiaoning, represented the company.

This memorandum comes as an extension of “NHC’s” efforts to expand its base of international partners and attract global companies with advanced engineering and technical expertise, which enhances the competitiveness of the sector, improves the quality of urban destinations, and supports the development goals in the Kingdom.
