محكمة مصرية تؤيد حبس نجل ميدو 7 أشهر في حيازة مخدرات – أخبار السعودية

أسدلت محكمة جنح مستأنف الطفل الستار على واحدة من القضايا التي حظيت باهتمام واسع خلال الفترة الماضية، بعدما أيدت الحكم الصادر بحبس نجل لاعب منتخب مصر ونادي الزمالك السابق أحمد حسام ميدو لمدة 7 أشهر، على خلفية اتهامات تتعلق بحيازة مواد مخدرة ومقاومة السلطات، إلى جانب مخالفات أخرى مرتبطة بالواقعة.

وقضت محكمة جنح مستأنف الطفل بتأييد الحكم الصادر بحق حسين، نجل أحمد حسام ميدو، ليصبح الحكم الصادر من محكمة أول درجة قائمًا دون تعديل.

وكانت محكمة الطفل المنعقدة بالأميرية قد أصدرت حكمًا سابقًا بمعاقبة المتهم بالحبس 3 أشهر مع النفاذ في اتهام حيازة مواد مخدرة، و3 أشهر أخرى مع النفاذ في اتهام مقاومة السلطات، إضافة إلى شهر حبس في اتهام إتلاف ممتلكات عامة، بإجمالي حبس 7 أشهر، كما أصدرت المحكمة غرامات مالية على بعض المخالفات المرتبطة بالواقعة.

ووفق أوراق القضية، وجهت النيابة العامة للمتهم عدة اتهامات أمام محكمة الطفل نظرًا إلى عدم تجاوزه السن القانونية، شملت حيازة مواد مخدرة (3 غرامات من مخدر الحشيش – زجاجة خمر)، ومقاومة السلطات، وقيادة سيارة دون رخصة، فضلًا عن إتلاف ممتلكات عامة.

وكان دفاع المتهم قد تقدم باستئناف على الحكم الصادر أملًا في تخفيف العقوبة أو إلغائها، إلا أن المحكمة انتهت إلى تأييد الحكم السابق.

وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى ضبط المتهم خلال حملة مرورية بمنطقة التجمع الخامس، حيث كشفت التحريات والتحقيقات وقائع الاتهام التي أُحيل على أساسها إلى محكمة الطفل، التي أصدرت حكمها النهائي في مرحلة الاستئناف.

The Child Appeals Court has closed the curtain on one of the cases that garnered wide attention in recent times, after it upheld the sentence issued against the son of former Egypt national team player and Zamalek Club star Ahmed Hossam Mido, sentencing him to 7 months in prison due to charges related to drug possession and resisting authorities, alongside other violations linked to the incident.

The Child Appeals Court ruled to uphold the sentence issued against Hussein, the son of Ahmed Hossam Mido, making the ruling from the first-degree court valid without modification.

The Child Court held in Al-Amiriya had previously issued a ruling punishing the defendant with 3 months of imprisonment with enforcement for drug possession charges, another 3 months with enforcement for resisting authorities, in addition to 1 month of imprisonment for damaging public property, totaling 7 months of imprisonment. The court also imposed financial fines for some violations related to the incident.

According to the case documents, the Public Prosecution charged the defendant with several accusations before the Child Court due to his not exceeding the legal age, including drug possession (3 grams of hashish – a bottle of alcohol), resisting authorities, driving a car without a license, as well as damaging public property.

The defendant’s defense had submitted an appeal against the ruling in hopes of reducing the penalty or canceling it, but the court concluded to uphold the previous ruling.

The details of the incident date back to the defendant’s arrest during a traffic campaign in the Fifth Settlement area, where investigations and inquiries revealed the facts of the charges that led to his referral to the Child Court, which issued its final ruling at the appeal stage.
