أصدرت النيابة العامة في الأردن قراراً بتوقيف 17 شخصاً، من بينهم ثلاث فتيات، على ذمة التحقيق في قضية مقتل الطالب فهد أبوالشايب، لتحديد مدى تورط كل منهم، تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المتورطين.
وتشير معطيات التحقيق الأولية إلى أن الحادثة وقعت في منطقة الصويفية التجارية، حيث تعرض الضحية لعملية استدراج قبل أن تحاصره مجموعة من الأشخاص وتعتدي عليه بالضرب المبرح في أنحاء متفرقة من جسده، ثم استولى المعتدون على هاتفه المحمول وتركونه غائباً عن الوعي في الموقع. ووفقاً للتقارير الطبية، فقد فارق الشاب الحياة بعد نقله إلى المستشفى في حالة حرجة، إثر إصابته بنزيف حاد في الجمجمة نتج عن ضربات مباشرة على الرأس.

وفي إطار كشف ملابسات الواقعة والدوافع الحقيقية وراء استدراج المجني عليه، يواصل مدعي عام الجنايات الكبرى بالتنسيق مع الجهات الأمنية جمع الأدلة، عبر تفريغ تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة المحيطة بمسرح الجريمة، والاستماع إلى أقوال الموقوفين وشهادات عيان من موقع الحادث.
صدمة العائلة وحسرتها
وفي أول تعليق للأسرة، أوضح والد الضحية أن نجله كان قد غادر المنزل مساء ذلك اليوم لشراء بعض مستلزماته الشخصية قبل خوض امتحانه الوزاري، دون أن يدرك أفراد العائلة أنها المرة الأخيرة التي سيرونه فيها، مضيفاً بحسب ما نقله شهود أن عدد المشاركين في الاعتداء المباشر على ابنه لا يقل عن تسعة أشخاص.
من جانبها، عبّرت والدة فهد عن شديد حزنها، مبينة أن ابنها كان يوفق بين دراسته وعمله مع والده للمساعدة في إعالة الأسرة، مؤكدة أنه كان يتمتع بحسن السيرة والسمعة الطيبة، ولم تكن لديه أي خلافات أو عداوات مع أحد.
The Public Prosecution in Jordan has issued a decision to detain 17 individuals, including three girls, pending investigation into the murder of student Fahd Abulshaib, to determine each person’s level of involvement, in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions against those involved.
Initial investigation data indicates that the incident occurred in the commercial area of Suweifieh, where the victim was lured before being surrounded by a group of individuals who brutally assaulted him in various parts of his body. The assailants then seized his mobile phone and left him unconscious at the scene. According to medical reports, the young man passed away after being transported to the hospital in critical condition, due to severe bleeding in the skull resulting from direct blows to the head.
Ongoing Investigations
In the context of uncovering the circumstances of the incident and the true motives behind luring the victim, the Public Prosecutor of the Grand Criminal Court continues to coordinate with security agencies to gather evidence by reviewing surveillance camera footage surrounding the crime scene and listening to the statements of the detainees and eyewitness accounts from the site of the incident.
The Family’s Shock and Grief
In the family’s first comment, the victim’s father explained that his son had left the house that evening to buy some personal necessities before taking his ministerial exam, without the family realizing that it would be the last time they would see him. He added, according to witnesses, that the number of participants in the direct assault on his son was no less than nine individuals.
For her part, Fahd’s mother expressed her deep sorrow, stating that her son was balancing his studies and working with his father to help support the family, confirming that he had a good reputation and character, and had no disputes or enmities with anyone.
