إسرائيل: اغتيال قيادي بارز في حماس ونائبه – أخبار السعودية
أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي وجهاز الأمن الداخلي (الشاباك)، اليوم الأربعاء، اغتيال المسؤول المالي البارز في حركة حماس خضر الجماصي ونائبه، في غارة جوية على شمال غزة.
وقال الجيش الإسرائيلي في بيان إن الضربة التي نُفذت الأحد، قتلت الجماصي، الذي زعم أنه «مسؤول شبكة تحويل أموال داخل الحركة»، ونائبه محمد حرازين، والذي قالت إسرائيل إنه كان من «العناصر الرئيسية في عمليات نقل الأموال داخل غزة».
وأضاف الجيش أن الجماصي ونائبه، كانا مسؤولين عن إدارة تحويلات مالية لصالح الجناح العسكري لحركة حماس في القطاع.
وأفاد البيان بأن هذه الأموال كانت تُستخدم في دفع رواتب عناصر الحركة، بما يتيح استمرار وتمويل خطط الهجمات ضد القوات الإسرائيلية والمدنيين الإسرائيليين.
وتشن إسرائيل غارات متفرقة على قطاع غزة، ووسعت المنطقة التي تسيطر عليها في القطاع أخيرا، رغم اتفاق وقف النار، كما ترفض الانتقال إلى تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من اتفاق غزة، أو تنفيذ كامل التزاماتها وفقاً للمرحلة الأولى.
من جهة أخرى، أدانت وزارة الخارجية الفلسطينية، مصادقة الكنيست الإسرائيلي على قانون جديد يوسع سرقة أموال المقاصة الفلسطينية، مؤكدة أنه «إجراء غير قانوني ويُمثل تصعيداً خطيراً واستيلاءً على أموال شعب فلسطين».
وأعربت الخارجية الفلسطينية عن رفضها جملةً وتفصيلاً للقانون الإسرائيلي، في القراءتين الثانية والثالثة، معتبرة في بيان أنه «إجراء استعماري يندرج ضمن سياسة ممنهجة للقرصنة المنظمة والنهب المستمر للأموال الفلسطينية، وانتهاكاً صارخاً للاتفاقيات الموقعة والقانون الدولي، وتصعيداً خطيراً في حرب الاحتلال المفتوحة على الشعب الفلسطيني وحقوقه الوطنية ومؤسساته الشرعية».
وصادقت الهيئة العامة للكنيست الإسرائيلي، بأغلبية 29 صوتاً مقابل 5، أمس (الثلاثاء)، على قانون جديد يتيح خصم مبالغ إضافية من عائدات المقاصة، وهي الضرائب التي تجنيها تل أبيب نيابة عن السلطة الفلسطينية. وزعمت الحكومة الإسرائيلية أن الخطوة تهدف إلى «تعويض ضحايا الإرهاب».
The Israeli army and the internal security agency (Shabak) announced today, Wednesday, the assassination of the prominent financial official in Hamas, Khadr Al-Jamaasi, and his deputy, in an airstrike on northern Gaza.
The Israeli army stated in a statement that the strike, which was carried out on Sunday, killed Al-Jamaasi, who was claimed to be the “head of the money transfer network within the movement,” and his deputy, Muhammad Harazin, whom Israel said was one of the “key figures in the money transfer operations within Gaza.”
The army added that Al-Jamaasi and his deputy were responsible for managing financial transfers for the benefit of Hamas’s military wing in the sector.
The statement indicated that this money was used to pay the salaries of the movement’s members, allowing for the continuation and funding of plans for attacks against Israeli forces and Israeli civilians.
Israel is conducting sporadic airstrikes on the Gaza Strip and has recently expanded the area it controls in the sector, despite a ceasefire agreement, and it refuses to move to implement the second phase of the Gaza agreement or fulfill all its commitments according to the first phase.
On another note, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Israeli Knesset’s approval of a new law that expands the theft of Palestinian clearance funds, asserting that it is “an illegal measure and represents a serious escalation and seizure of the funds of the Palestinian people.”
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry expressed its complete rejection of the Israeli law in the second and third readings, considering in a statement that it is “a colonial measure that falls within a systematic policy of organized piracy and the continuous looting of Palestinian funds, a blatant violation of signed agreements and international law, and a serious escalation in the open war of occupation against the Palestinian people and their national rights and legitimate institutions.”
The Knesset’s general assembly approved yesterday (Tuesday) a new law by a majority of 29 votes to 5, allowing for additional deductions from clearance revenues, which are the taxes collected by Tel Aviv on behalf of the Palestinian Authority. The Israeli government claimed that the step aims to “compensate the victims of terrorism.”
