«البلديات» لملّاك «الأراضي الفضاء»: عالجوها قبل 15 ربيع الثاني – أخبار السعودية

نصحت وزارة البلديات ملاك الأراضي الفضاء بالاستفادة من المهلة التصحيحية الممتدة حتى 15 / 4 / 1448هـ، وأكدت أن أماناتها وبلدياتها ستواصل الرقابة الميدانية على الأراضي في مختلف المناطق؛ للحد من الممارسات المخالفة وتحسين جودة البيئة العمرانية. وشدّدت على أن المرحلة الحالية تركّز على تعزيز الالتزام بالاشتراطات والضوابط البلدية المنظمة للأراضي الفضاء، ومعالجة الاستخدامات المخالفة التي تؤثر على المظهر العام للمدن، وأبرزها تجميع مخلفات البناء ونواتج الحفر، أو استغلال الأراضي بطرق غير نظامية.

ودعت الوزارة ملاك الأراضي الفضاء إلى المبادرة بمعالجة أوضاع أراضيهم والالتزام بالاشتراطات البلدية المعتمدة قبل انتهاء المهلة التصحيحية؛ تجنباً للإجراءات النظامية المترتبة على المخالفات.

The Ministry of Municipalities has advised owners of vacant land to take advantage of the corrective grace period extended until 15/4/1448 AH. It confirmed that its secretariats and municipalities will continue field monitoring of lands in various regions to curb violations and improve the quality of the urban environment. It emphasized that the current phase focuses on enhancing compliance with the municipal regulations governing vacant lands and addressing violations that affect the overall appearance of cities, most notably the accumulation of construction waste and excavation debris, or the illegal use of lands.

The ministry urged owners of vacant land to take the initiative to rectify their land situations and comply with the approved municipal regulations before the end of the corrective grace period, to avoid the legal actions resulting from violations.
