مجلة «الدفاع» توثق جاهزية القوات المسلحة وتكامل قدراتها الدفاعية – أخبار السعودية

أصدرت الإدارة العامة للتواصل الإستراتيجي بوزارة الدفاع العدد (214) من مجلة «الدفاع» تحت عنوان: «الجاهزية المتكاملة.. حين تتوحد القوة لحماية الوطن»، والذي يسلّط الضوء على مفهوم الجاهزية الحديثة بوصفها منظومة متكاملة ترتكز على التكامل العملياتي، وسرعة الاستجابة، وتطور القدرات الدفاعية والتقنية للقوات المسلحة.

وتضمّن العدد ملفًا رئيسيًا موسعًا تناول منظومات الدفاع الجوي ودورها المحوري في تعزيز كفاءة الجاهزية، وتكامل الأدوار بين أفرع القوات المسلحة، إلى جانب استعراض أبرز المفاهيم العسكرية الحديثة والتقنيات الدفاعية المتقدمة التي تسهم في دعم أمن المملكة واستقرارها.

كما اشتمل العدد على لقاء خاص مع قائد القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية الأمير تركي بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، تناول خلاله مستهدفات التطوير، ومفاهيم الجاهزية المستقبلية، وأبرز التحولات التي تشهدها القوات الجوية في ظل برامج التطوير الشاملة.

واحتوى العدد كذلك على تغطيات موسعة لأخبار وأنشطة وزارة الدفاع وقياداتها، والتمارين العسكرية المشتركة، ومعرض الدفاع العالمي 2026، إضافة إلى تقارير متخصصة وملفات توثيقية ومقالات تحليلية تعكس مكانة المملكة وريادتها في المجالات الدفاعية والعسكرية، وتبرز حجم التطور الذي تشهده منظومة وزارة الدفاع وفق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.

يذكر أن المجلة تُعدّ من أوائل المجلات العسكرية العربية، وقد نشرت عددها الأول قبل أكثر من ستة عقود، باسم مجلة الجيش العربي السعودي، ويرأس تحريرَها المدير العام التنفيذي للإدارة العامة للتواصل الإستراتيجي بوكالة وزارة الدفاع للشؤون الإستراتيجية عبدالرحمن سلطان السلطان، ولها فريق تحرير متخصص، وتصدر حاليًّا بشكل ربع سنوي وبنسختين ورقية وإلكترونية، وتقدم محتوى يختص بالشؤون العسكرية والدفاعية والإستراتيجية.

The General Administration of Strategic Communication at the Ministry of Defense has issued issue number (214) of the magazine “Defense” under the title: “Integrated Readiness… When Strength Unites to Protect the Homeland,” which highlights the concept of modern readiness as an integrated system based on operational integration, rapid response, and the development of the defensive and technical capabilities of the armed forces.

The issue includes an expanded main file that addresses air defense systems and their pivotal role in enhancing readiness efficiency, the integration of roles among the branches of the armed forces, as well as showcasing the most prominent modern military concepts and advanced defense technologies that contribute to supporting the security and stability of the Kingdom.

The issue also features a special interview with the Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force, Prince Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, during which he discussed development targets, concepts of future readiness, and the most significant transformations taking place in the air force in light of comprehensive development programs.

The issue also contains extensive coverage of news and activities of the Ministry of Defense and its leadership, joint military exercises, and the World Defense Exhibition 2026, in addition to specialized reports, documentation files, and analytical articles that reflect the Kingdom’s status and leadership in defense and military fields, highlighting the extent of development witnessed by the Ministry of Defense system in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

It is worth mentioning that the magazine is one of the first Arab military magazines, having published its first issue more than six decades ago under the name of the Saudi Arabian Army Magazine. It is edited by the Executive Director of the General Administration of Strategic Communication at the Ministry of Defense’s Strategic Affairs Agency, Abdulrahman Sultan Al-Sultan, and has a specialized editorial team. It is currently published quarterly in both print and electronic versions, providing content related to military, defense, and strategic affairs.
