يشهد قطاع التطوير العقاري في المملكة العربية السعودية تحوُّلًا متسارعًا في فلسفة التخطيط العُمراني؛ حيث لم يعُد نجاح المشاريع يُقاس بعدد الوحدات السكنية التي يتم تطويرها فحسب، بل بقُدرتها على تقديم مجتمعاتٍ متكاملةٍ تُسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة، وتواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030. وفي هذا السياق، ترى «الراشد العقارية» أن المجتمعات المتكاملة تُمثّل أحد أبرز ملامح المرحلة الجديدة للتطوير العمراني في المملكة.

كما تواصل حضورها المباشر مع العملاء من خلال مشاركتها في عددٍ من الفعاليات العقارية خلال الفترة المقبلة؛ حيث تنظّم فعالية خاصة لعملائها في صالة عرض التحلية خلال الفترة من 28 يوليو إلى 1 أغسطس 2026، كما تشارك في فعالية موسمٍ سكنيّ بجدة خلال الفترة من 27 يوليو إلى 3 أغسطس 2026، مقدمةً عروضًا حصريةً تشمل وحداتٍ محدودة، وخصوماتٍ لفترةٍ محدودة، إلى جانب فرصٍ للاسترداد النقدي.
