توقع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم، هطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة بزخات من البرد على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة، تمتد إلى مرتفعات منطقة مكة المكرمة، مع استمرار نشاط الرياح المثيرة للأتربة والغبار في عدد من مناطق المملكة.

وأوضح المركز أن الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية على أجزاء من جازان وعسير والباحة، تمتد إلى مرتفعات مكة المكرمة، بالتزامن مع نشاط في الرياح السطحية قد يحد من مدى الرؤية الأفقية.
رياح مثيرة للأتربة في 8 مناطق
وأشار التقرير إلى استمرار تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة، إضافة إلى أجزاء من مناطق الشرقية والرياض والحدود الشمالية والجوف وتبوك والمدينة المنورة.
البحر الأحمر.. رياح قوية وموج يصل إلى أكثر من مترين
وبيّن المركز أن الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر ستكون شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة تتراوح بين 15 و35 كيلومترًا في الساعة على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط، وتصل إلى أكثر من 45 كيلومترًا في الساعة على الجزء الأوسط، فيما تكون شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 10 إلى 34 كيلومترًا في الساعة على الجزء الجنوبي، وقد تتجاوز 50 كيلومترًا في الساعة مع السحب الرعدية الممطرة.
وأضاف أن ارتفاع الموج يتراوح بين نصف متر ومترين، ويصل إلى أكثر من مترين على الجزء الأوسط، وكذلك مع السحب الرعدية على الجزء الجنوبي، فيما تتراوح حالة البحر بين خفيف ومتوسط الموج، وقد يصبح مائجًا في بعض الأجزاء.
الخليج العربي.. أمواج خفيفة إلى متوسطة
وفي الخليج العربي، تكون الرياح شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 15 إلى 40 كيلومترًا في الساعة على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط، وشمالية غربية إلى شمالية شرقية بسرعة 10 إلى 25 كيلومترًا في الساعة على الجزء الجنوبي.
ولفت التقرير إلى أن ارتفاع الموج يتراوح بين نصف متر ومتر ونصف على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف متر إلى متر على الجزء الجنوبي، فيما تكون حالة البحر خفيفة إلى متوسطة الموج شمالًا ووسطًا، وخفيفة الموج جنوبًا
The National Center of Meteorology predicted in its weather report today that thunderstorms accompanied by hail will fall over parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, extending to the highlands of the Makkah region, with continued activity of winds stirring up dust and sand in several areas of the Kingdom.
Rain and Hail on the Southern and Western Highlands
The center clarified that there is a chance of thunderstorms in parts of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha, extending to the highlands of Makkah, coinciding with active surface winds that may limit horizontal visibility.

The report indicated the continued impact of active winds stirring up dust and sand over parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, in addition to parts of the Eastern, Riyadh, Northern Borders, Al-Jawf, Tabuk, and Madinah regions.
The Red Sea.. Strong Winds and Waves Reaching Over Two Meters
The center stated that surface winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds ranging from 15 to 35 kilometers per hour in the northern and central parts, and exceeding 45 kilometers per hour in the central part, while they will be northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 10 to 34 kilometers per hour in the southern part, and may exceed 50 kilometers per hour with thunderstorm clouds.
It added that wave heights will range from half a meter to two meters, reaching over two meters in the central part, as well as with thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, while the sea state will range from light to moderate waves, and may become choppy in some areas.
The Arabian Gulf.. Light to Moderate Waves
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 15 to 40 kilometers per hour in the northern and central parts, and northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds of 10 to 25 kilometers per hour in the southern part.
The report pointed out that wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one meter in the southern part, while the sea state will be light to moderate waves in the north and center, and light waves in the south.
