وكشفت الحيثيات طريقة عمل شبكة «إيفان» التي تجاوزت حدود العقل في التمويه:

• الاستخلاص العبجري: جلب كميات مهولة من أقراص علاج البرد الشهيرة (ديكانست إس آر) لطحنها واستخلاص مادة «السودوإيفيدرين» الفعالة، وتحويلها إلى مخدر الميثامفيتامين (الآيس).
• التمويه الصناعي: تفريغ عبوات منتجات غذائية تجارية وإعادة تعبئتها بالمخدر، ثم غلقها بآلات صناعية متطورة تحاكي التغليف الأصلي للمصانع، لتضليل أجهزة الفحص في المطارات.
• لعبة التليجرام والمواقع المجهولة: تجنيد فتيات التشكيل لنقل الحقائب إلى العاصمة الإيطالية ميلانو، وإيداعها في محطات الحافلات بناءً على «إحداثيات جغرافية» تُرسل عبر تطبيق تليجرام، دون الالتقاء بأي شخص، مقابل 1000 دولار أمريكي عن كل حقيبة.

وفندت المحكمة ادعاء إحدى المتهمات بجهلها بمحتوى الحقائب، مؤكدة أن تقاضي 1000 دولار لنقل عبوات غذائية وأسلوب التسليم السري عبر «التليجرام» يقطعان بعلمها اليقيني بالنشاط الإجرامي، قائلة: «هذا المقابل السخي هو ثمن للمخاطرة لا ثمن لبضاعة مشروعة».

وفي المقابل، حملت طيات الحكم مفاجأة مدوية ببراءة المتهمين الرابع والثامن، حيث تبين أن المتهم الرابع (المعروف برجل البيتكوين) انحصر دوره في تداول العملات الرقمية وتحويل الأموال، ودون وجود دليل يقيني يثبت علمه بأن هذه الأموال هي حصيلة تجارة المخدرات، إعمالاً للمبدأ القضائي الراسخ: «الاتهام لا يبنى على الشك والتخمين والأصل في الإنسان البراءة».

Despite the complex planning and massive shipments of toxins exceeding 735 kilograms, the case files of the “Ukrainian Ivan Gang” witnessed a sensational surprise in the Giza Criminal Court, as “Article 17” of the Penal Code saved the necks of six European defendants from the death penalty, transforming their punishment into life imprisonment and a fine of half a million pounds each, due to the lack of consensus on the death penalty.

This empire did not fall due to a preemptive security strike; rather, it was a “sudden fire spark” that was the thread that brought down the international network! • The Telegram game and anonymous sites: Recruiting girls from the network to transport bags to the Italian capital, Milan, and depositing them at bus stations based on “geographical coordinates” sent via the Telegram app, without meeting anyone, for $1,000 per bag.

The court refuted one defendant’s claim of ignorance about the contents of the bags, confirming that receiving $1,000 for transporting food containers and the secret delivery method via “Telegram” clearly indicated her certain knowledge of the criminal activity, stating: “This generous compensation is the price of risk, not the price of legitimate goods.”

Conversely, the ruling contained a sensational surprise with the acquittal of the fourth and eighth defendants, as it became clear that the fourth defendant (known as the Bitcoin man) was limited to trading cryptocurrencies and transferring money, without any conclusive evidence proving his knowledge that this money was the proceeds of drug trafficking, in accordance with the established judicial principle: “Accusation cannot be based on doubt and speculation, and the presumption of innocence applies to every person.”
