الصين وباكستان تتفقان على تعميق الشراكة الإستراتيجية – أخبار السعودية

في خطوة جديدة لتعزيز الشراكة الإستراتيجية بينهما، أعلنت الصين وباكستان اليوم (الثلاثاء) التوصل إلى توافق واسع بشأن تطوير التعاون الثنائي، مع التركيز على تعميق مشروع الممر الاقتصادي الصيني – الباكستاني وتطوير ميناء جوادر ليكون مركزاً إقليمياً للربط والتجارة.

وأكد الجانبان في بيان مشترك اليوم اتفاقهما على دفع التنمية عالية الجودة لـ«الممر الاقتصادي الصيني الباكستاني»، مع الترحيب بمشاركة أطراف ثالثة في مشاريع التطوير المرتبطة به.

ودعا البيان المشترك إلى توسيع التعاون ليشمل مجالات التكنولوجيا الحديثة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والاقتصاد الرقمي والطاقة النظيفة، فضلاً عن دعم برامج تنمية الموارد البشرية وزيادة عدد الطلاب الباكستانيين في الجامعات الصينية.

وكان رئيس الوزراء الصيني لي تشيانغ بحث مع رئيس الوزراء الباكستاني شهباز شريف في بكين سبل تعزيز التعاون الثنائي.

وأكد الرئيس الصيني استعداده لمواصلة تطوير الممر الاقتصادي ودفع مشاريع الربط الرئيسية بين البلدين، مشيراً إلى أن العلاقات بين البلدين اكتسبت زخماً أكبر في ظل الذكرى الـ75 لإقامة العلاقات الدبلوماسية.

وأكد الرئيس الصيني أن بكين وإسلام آباد حافظتا على تنسيق وثيق لحماية المصالح المشتركة ودعم الاستقرار الإقليمي، رغم التغيرات الدولية المتسارعة.

كما شدد على أن الصين تولي أولوية خاصة لعلاقاتها مع باكستان في سياستها الخارجية، مع استعدادها لتعزيز التعاون في مجالات الصناعة والتعدين والزراعة والتمويل، إضافة إلى توسيع التبادل التجاري وتطوير اتفاقية التجارة الحرة بين الجانبين.

من جانبه، أكد شريف أن العلاقات مع الصين تمثل حجر الزاوية في السياسة الخارجية لبلاده، مجدداً التزام إسلام آباد بمبدأ «الصين الواحدة» ودعمها لمواقف بكين في القضايا السيادية.

كما تعهد بتوفير بيئة آمنة للاستثمارات والمشاريع الصينية في باكستان، في وقت تتزامن فيه هذه التطورات مع احتفال البلدين بمرور 75 عاماً على «الصداقة الحديدية» التي تربطهما، في إطار مبادرة «الحزام والطريق».

In a new step to enhance their strategic partnership, China and Pakistan announced today (Tuesday) that they have reached a broad consensus on developing bilateral cooperation, focusing on deepening the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project and developing the Gwadar Port to be a regional hub for connectivity and trade.

Both sides confirmed in a joint statement today their agreement to promote high-quality development of the “China-Pakistan Economic Corridor,” welcoming third-party participation in related development projects.

The joint statement called for expanding cooperation to include modern technology fields such as artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and clean energy, as well as supporting human resource development programs and increasing the number of Pakistani students in Chinese universities.

Chinese Premier Li Qiang discussed with Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Beijing ways to enhance bilateral cooperation.

The Chinese President affirmed his readiness to continue developing the economic corridor and advancing key connectivity projects between the two countries, noting that relations between the two nations have gained greater momentum on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The Chinese President emphasized that Beijing and Islamabad have maintained close coordination to protect their common interests and support regional stability, despite rapid international changes.

He also stressed that China gives special priority to its relations with Pakistan in its foreign policy, expressing readiness to enhance cooperation in the fields of industry, mining, agriculture, and finance, in addition to expanding trade exchanges and developing a free trade agreement between the two sides.

For his part, Sharif confirmed that relations with China represent the cornerstone of his country’s foreign policy, reiterating Islamabad’s commitment to the “One China” principle and its support for Beijing’s positions on sovereign issues.

He also pledged to provide a secure environment for Chinese investments and projects in Pakistan, at a time when these developments coincide with the two countries celebrating 75 years of the “Iron Friendship” that binds them, within the framework of the “Belt and Road” initiative.
