هذا هو حال نادي الاتحاد اليوم؛ حالٌ ينطبق عليه المثل الشعبي الشهير: «بين حانا ومانا ضاعت لحانا». ولأن لهذا المثل قصة تحمل في مضمونها دلالة عميقة، رأيت أن أوردها للقارئ الكريم، وتحديداً لجمهور نادي الاتحاد الذي بات يعيش حالة حيرة وتيه حقيقية «بين حانا ومانا».

– ويُضرب هذا المثل للتعبير عن شخصٍ ضاع حقه أو تاهت مصلحته بين طرفين متنازعين أو متضاربين. وتعود قصته إلى رجلٍ كان متزوجاً امرأتين؛ إحداهما تُدعى «حانا» وكانت أكبر منه سناً، والأخرى «مانا» وكانت أصغر منه. ومع بداية ظهور الشيب في لحيته، كانت «حانا» تنتف الشعر الأسود ليبدو أكبر سناً مثلها، بينما كانت «مانا» تنتف الشعر الأبيض ليبدو أصغر سناً مثلها. واستمرت كل واحدة منهما في إزالة ما لا يعجبها، حتى انتهى الأمر بأن فقد الرجل لحيته بالكامل، فقيل: «بين حانا ومانا ضاعت لحانا».

– ومن وجهة نظري، أرى أن هذا المثل يجسد بدقة ما يمر به نادي الاتحاد حالياً، وجمهوره الذي بات تائهاً بين مواقف متضاربة، وضبابية في المشهد، وغيابٍ للوضوح حول ما يحدث داخل النادي، والمصير الذي ينتظره.

– فالمشهد الاتحادي اليوم تغلب عليه المصالح والتناقضات، حتى انقسم الجمهور إلى فريقين؛ فريق مع الإدارة برئاسة المهندس فهد سندي، وآخر ضدها، بينما غابت الأولويات الحقيقية المتعلقة بمستقبل النادي وحقوقه ومصالحه. وبدلاً من أن يكون الجمهور عاملاً مساعداً في حماية ناديه وإنقاذه، أصبح- من حيث لا يشعر- أقرب إلى ذلك الرجل الذي انتهى به الحال فاقداً لحيته، بعدما انشغل الجميع بعملية «النتف» وتركوا الأصل.

– وهذا ما أخشاه على نادي الاتحاد؛ أن يستمر جمهوره منشغلاً بالصراعات والانقسامات بين مؤيد ومعارض، في وقتٍ يحتاج فيه النادي إلى التكاتف، والوعي، والالتفاف حول مصلحته العليا، بعيداً عن الشخصنة والتراشق الذي لا يخدم الاتحاد بأي حال من الأحوال.

– إن الخطر الحقيقي لا يكمن في اختلاف الآراء، بل في أن تتحول هذه الخلافات إلى بيئة تسمح لأيدٍ خفية بالعبث بالنادي وقيادته نحو الأسوأ، بينما ينشغل الجميع بمعركة «حانا ومانا»، ويستفيد من هذا الانقسام من لا يتمنى للاتحاد الخير.

– الاتحاد اليوم بحاجة إلى صوت العقل، بنظرة تحافظ على استقراره ومستقبله أهم من أي انتصار مؤقت، فإن استمر هذا الانقسام، وانشغل جمهور الاتحاد بمعارك المؤيد والمعارض، فسيجد النادي نفسه يدفع الثمن وحده، بينما الآخرون يراقبون المشهد ويستفيدون من حالة الفوضى والتشتت.

– الاتحاد في هذه المرحلة الحرجة لا يحتاج إلى مزيد من الصراعات، بل إلى جمهور واعٍ يدرك أن الكيان أكبر من الأشخاص، وأن الحفاظ عليه مسؤولية الجميع، قبل أن نصحو يوماً على واقعٍ نردد فيه بحسرة: بين حانا ومانا.. ضاع الاتحاد.

This is the situation of Al-Ittihad Club today; a situation that fits the famous popular proverb: “Between Hanaa and Mana, our beard got lost.” And because this proverb has a story that carries a deep meaning, I thought it appropriate to share it with the esteemed reader, specifically for the fans of Al-Ittihad Club, who have found themselves in a state of confusion and real disorientation “between Hanaa and Mana.”

– This proverb is used to express a person who has lost their rights or whose interests have been lost between two conflicting or opposing parties. Its story goes back to a man who was married to two women; one was named “Hanaa” and was older than him, and the other was “Mana,” who was younger. As gray hair began to appear in his beard, “Hanaa” would pluck the black hairs to look older like her, while “Mana” would pluck the white hairs to look younger like her. Each one continued to remove what she didn’t like, until the man ended up losing his entire beard, so it was said: “Between Hanaa and Mana, our beard got lost.”

– From my perspective, I see that this proverb accurately embodies what Al-Ittihad Club is currently going through, and its fans who have become lost between conflicting positions, a foggy scene, and a lack of clarity about what is happening within the club and the fate that awaits it.

– The current scene at Al-Ittihad is dominated by interests and contradictions, leading to a division among the fans into two teams; one supporting the administration led by Engineer Fahd Sindi, and the other opposing it, while the real priorities concerning the club’s future, rights, and interests have faded. Instead of being a supportive factor in protecting and saving their club, the fans have, perhaps unknowingly, become closer to that man who ended up losing his beard, as everyone got preoccupied with the process of “plucking” and left the essence behind.

– This is what I fear for Al-Ittihad Club; that its fans continue to be preoccupied with conflicts and divisions between supporters and opponents, at a time when the club needs unity, awareness, and rallying around its higher interests, away from personalization and bickering that does not serve Al-Ittihad in any way.

– The real danger does not lie in differing opinions, but in allowing these disagreements to create an environment that permits hidden hands to tamper with the club and lead it towards the worse, while everyone is preoccupied with the battle of “Hanaa and Mana,” benefiting from this division are those who do not wish well for Al-Ittihad.

– Al-Ittihad today needs the voice of reason, with a perspective that preserves its stability and future, which is more important than any temporary victory. If this division continues, and Al-Ittihad’s fans remain engaged in battles between supporters and opponents, the club will find itself paying the price alone, while others watch the scene and benefit from the chaos and fragmentation.

– At this critical stage, Al-Ittihad does not need more conflicts, but rather a conscious fanbase that understands that the entity is greater than individuals, and that preserving it is everyone’s responsibility, before we wake up one day to a reality where we lament: between Hanaa and Mana… Al-Ittihad got lost.
