روسيا تنذر الأجانب وتُهدِّد مراكز القيادة في أوكرانيا – أخبار السعودية

هدّدت وزارة الخارجية الروسية، اليوم (الإثنين)، بتوجيه ضربات ضد مراكز صنع القرار ومراكز القيادة في أوكرانيا، مطالبة موظفي البعثات الدبلوماسية في كييف بضرورة مغادرتها فوراً.

وقالت الخارجية الروسية، في بيان، إن «روسيا توجه تحذيراً لموظفي البعثات الدبلوماسية في كييف بضرورة مغادرتها فوراً، تمهيداً لضربات وشيكة تستهدف البنية التحتية العسكرية ومنشآت التصنيع العسكري»، مضيفة أن «الهجوم الذي شنته القوات الأوكرانية على مدرسة مهنية في ستاروبيلسك بلوغانسك يمثّل دليلاً إضافياً على الطبيعة النازية لنظام كييف».

وذكرت الوزارة أن القوات الروسية تشن ضربات على منشآت المجمع الصناعي العسكري الأوكراني في كييف، رداً على الهجمات التي استهدفت مدنيين روساً.

وكانت الخارجية الروسية قد قالت، أمس، إن القصف الأوكراني استهدف الكلية والسكن الطلابي في مدينة ستاروبيلسك بلوغانسك، موضحة أن 86 طفلاً تراوح أعمارهم بين 14 و18 عاماً كانوا داخل المبنى عند وقوع الهجوم، كما طالبت بعقد جلسة طارئة لمجلس الأمن الدولي لبحث الحادثة.

وبحسب وسائل إعلام روسية، ارتفع عدد القتلى إلى 21 شخصاً، مؤكدة عدم وجود أي أهداف عسكرية بالقرب من المبنى التعليمي.

وصعّدت كييف هجماتها على منطقتي بلغورود وبريانسك الحدوديتين، رداً على الهجوم الروسي الذي استخدمت فيه صواريخ «أوريشنيك» الباليستية القادرة على حمل رؤوس نووية.

وأعلنت السلطات في بلغورود، أمس، مقتل شخصين جراء ضربات أوكرانية.

من جهة أخرى، بدأت أوروبا تحركاتها لاحتواء القلق المتزايد في دول البلطيق، بعد سلسلة اختراقات جوية وحوادث طائرات مسيّرة أثارت مخاوف من اتساع نطاق المواجهة غير المباشرة مع روسيا.

وتتوجّه رئيسة المفوضية الأوروبية أورسولا فون دير لاين إلى ليتوانيا غداً (الثلاثاء)، في زيارة تهدف إلى تأكيد الدعم الأوروبي وتعزيز التنسيق الدفاعي بين دول المنطقة وحلف الناتو.

ومن المقرر أن تلتقي فون دير لاين قادة ليتوانيا وإستونيا ولاتفيا لتعزيز تنسيق الرد المشترك، بحسب 3 مسؤولين مطلعين على الزيارة تحدثوا لمجلة «بوليتيكو» شريطة عدم كشف هوياتهم. كما سيتوجّه مفوض الدفاع الأوروبي أندريوس كوبيليوس إلى ليتوانيا.

The Russian Foreign Ministry threatened today (Monday) to strike decision-making centers and command centers in Ukraine, demanding that diplomatic mission staff in Kyiv leave immediately.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stated in a statement that “Russia is warning diplomatic mission staff in Kyiv to leave immediately, in preparation for imminent strikes targeting military infrastructure and military manufacturing facilities,” adding that “the attack launched by Ukrainian forces on a vocational school in Starobilsk, Luhansk, represents additional evidence of the Nazi nature of the Kyiv regime.”

The ministry mentioned that Russian forces are striking Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities in Kyiv in response to attacks targeting Russian civilians.

Yesterday, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the Ukrainian shelling targeted the college and student dormitory in Starobilsk, Luhansk, clarifying that 86 children aged between 14 and 18 were inside the building at the time of the attack, and it called for an emergency session of the United Nations Security Council to discuss the incident.

According to Russian media, the death toll has risen to 21 people, confirming that there were no military targets near the educational building.

Kyiv has intensified its attacks on the border regions of Belgorod and Bryansk in response to the Russian attack, which utilized “Oreshnik” ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads.

Authorities in Belgorod announced yesterday that two people were killed due to Ukrainian strikes.

On another note, Europe has begun its efforts to contain the growing concerns in the Baltic states following a series of air breaches and drone incidents that raised fears of an escalation in the indirect confrontation with Russia.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is heading to Lithuania tomorrow (Tuesday) for a visit aimed at reaffirming European support and enhancing defense coordination among the countries in the region and NATO.

Von der Leyen is scheduled to meet with the leaders of Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia to strengthen joint response coordination, according to three officials familiar with the visit who spoke to Politico on the condition of anonymity. European Defense Commissioner Andrius Kubilius will also head to Lithuania.
