اليونسكو: الدعم السعودي لملف جودة التعليم أسهم في تطويره واستدامته – أخبار السعودية

رفع مركز اليونسكو الإقليمي للجودة والتميّز في التعليم الشكر والتقدير لحكومة المملكة وقيادتها على دعمها المستمر لملف جودة التعليم على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية، ما أسهم في تمكين المبادرات التعليمية النوعية وتعزيز حضور السعودية في قيادة الجهود العالمية الرامية إلى تطوير التعليم واستدامته.

وفي هذا الإطار، أطلق المركز بالشراكة مع وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي في فلسطين برنامجًا لتأهيل القيادات التعليمية، في خطوة تعكس التزام المملكة بدعم النهوض بالأنظمة التعليمية في العالم العربي وتعزيز قدراتها المستقبلية.

وأكد المدير العام لمركز اليونسكو الإقليمي للجودة والتميّز في التعليم الدكتور عبدالرحمن إبراهيم المديرس، خلال اجتماع عقد عن بُعد بمشاركة قيادات التعليم بوزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، أن الاجتماع يمثل خطوة تأسيسية تتجاوز الاحتفاء بإطلاق نموذج للجودة والتميّز، إذ يهدف إلى تلبية احتياجات نظم التعليم وتعزيز قدرتها على تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة 2030، وفي مقدمتها ضمان التعليم الجيد المنصف والشامل للجميع، وتوسيع فرص التعلم مدى الحياة.

وأوضح المديرس أن النموذج العربي للجودة والتميز في التعليم يستهدف بشكل مباشر تعزيز جودة استشراف المستقبل، وجودة السياسات التعليمية، وجودة المناهج، وبناء قدرات المعلمين، وتطوير بيئات التعلم.

The UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the Government of the Kingdom and its leadership for their continuous support for the quality of education at national, regional, and international levels, which has contributed to empowering quality educational initiatives and enhancing Saudi Arabia’s presence in leading global efforts aimed at developing and sustaining education.

In this context, the center, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Palestine, launched a program to qualify educational leaders, in a step that reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting the advancement of educational systems in the Arab world and enhancing their future capabilities.

The Director-General of the UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education, Dr. Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Mudaris, confirmed during a remote meeting with the participation of education leaders from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education that the meeting represents a foundational step that goes beyond celebrating the launch of a model for quality and excellence, as it aims to meet the needs of education systems and enhance their ability to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, foremost among them ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all and expanding opportunities for lifelong learning.

Al-Mudaris explained that the Arab model for quality and excellence in education directly targets enhancing the quality of future foresight, the quality of educational policies, the quality of curricula, building teachers’ capacities, and developing learning environments.
