رصد الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) زيادة قدرها 13 ضعفاً في المنشورات المسيئة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الموجهة إلى المشاركين في بطولة كأس العالم 2026، مقارنة بالنسخة التي أقيمت قبل أربع سنوات في قطر.
وقد حمى نظام حماية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التابع لفيفا اللاعبين من 89 ألف منشور تم التحقق من تواجد تعليقات مسيئة بها خلال الدور الأول من البطولة، وفي المرحلة نفسها من نهائيات كأس العالم 2022 في قطر، تم رصد 6700 منشور، وفقا لموقع الاتحاد الدولي.
وحتى مع الأخذ في الاعتبار مشاركة 48 منتخبا في البطولة هذا العام مقارنة بـ32 فريقا بمونديال قطر عام 2022، فإن الإحصائيات لا تزال مثيرة للقلق، حيث أوضح فيفا أنه نتيجة لرصد 89 ألف منشور، تم تحويل نحو 1000 حساب لمزيد من التحقيقات.
وأشار الفيفا إلى أن 11% من المنشورات المسيئة البالغ عددها 89 ألف منشور كانت ذات دوافع عنصرية، فيما رصد نظام الذكاء الاصطناعي 225 ألف تعليق للمراجعة البشرية، منها 89 ألف تعليق تم وصفها بأنها مسيئة.
كما يجمع نظام إدارة المحتوى الأدلة اللازمة لإنفاذ القانون، بينما ذكر فيفا أنه تم رصد أكثر من 100 حالة تستوفي المعايير القانونية لإعداد ملفات قضايا ضدها بدءا من دور المجموعات في المونديال الحالي.
وكشف فيفا أنه تم إخفاء أكثر من مليوني تعليق خلال مرحلة المجموعات في كأس العالم 2026، بزيادة قدرها 400% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من مونديال قطر.
يشار إلى أنه يتوفر نظام إدارة المحتوى لجميع الفرق واللاعبين والمدربين والحكام في البطولة، لحمايتهم ومتابعيهم من المحتوى التمييزي والمسيء.
The International Football Federation (FIFA) has reported a 13-fold increase in abusive posts on social media directed at participants in the 2026 World Cup, compared to the edition held four years ago in Qatar.
The FIFA social media protection system shielded players from 89,000 verified abusive posts during the first round of the tournament, whereas in the same stage of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, 6,700 posts were recorded, according to the FIFA website.
Even taking into account the participation of 48 teams in this year’s tournament compared to 32 teams in the Qatar World Cup in 2022, the statistics remain alarming, as FIFA explained that as a result of monitoring 89,000 posts, around 1,000 accounts were referred for further investigations.
FIFA noted that 11% of the 89,000 abusive posts were racially motivated, while the artificial intelligence system flagged 225,000 comments for human review, of which 89,000 were described as abusive.
The content management system also gathers the necessary evidence for law enforcement, while FIFA mentioned that more than 100 cases meeting the legal criteria for filing cases against them have been identified since the group stage of the current World Cup.
FIFA revealed that over two million comments were hidden during the group stage of the 2026 World Cup, an increase of 400% compared to the same period of the Qatar World Cup.
It is worth noting that the content management system is available to all teams, players, coaches, and referees in the tournament, to protect them and their followers from discriminatory and abusive content.
